Allah says,

﴿ظˆظژظ…ظژط§ ط®ظژظ„ظژظ‚ظ’ظ†ظژط§ ط§ظ„ط³ظ‘ظژظ…ظژظ€ظˆظژطھظگ ظˆظژط§ظ„ط§ظ‘ظŒط±ظ’ط¶ظژ ظˆظژظ…ظژط§ ط¨ظژظٹظ’ظ†ظژظ‡ظڈظ…ظژط¢ ط¥ظگظ„ط§ظ‘ظژ ط¨ظگط§ظ„ظ’ط­ظژظ‚ظ‘ظگ ظˆظژط¥ظگظ†ظ‘ظژ ط§ظ„ط³ظ‘ظژط§ط¹ظژط©ظژ ظ„ط¢طھظگظٹظژط©ظŒ﴾

(And We did not create the heavens and the earth and all that is between them except with the truth, and the Hour is surely coming), i.e., with justice to -

﴿ظ„ظگظٹظژط¬ظ’ط²ظگظ‰ظژ ط§ظ„ظ‘ظژط°ظگظٹظ†ظژ ط£ظژط³ظژط§ط،ظڈظˆط§ظ’ ط¨ظگظ…ظژط§ ط¹ظژظ…ظگظ„ظڈظˆط§ظ’﴾

(requite those who do evil with that which they have done) ﴿53:31﴾ Allah says,

﴿ظˆظژظ…ظژط§ ط®ظژظ„ظژظ‚ظ’ظ†ظژط§ ط§ظ„ط³ظ‘ظژظ…ظژط¢ط،ظژ ظˆظژط§ظ„ط§ظ‘ظŒط±ظ’ط¶ظژ ظˆظژظ…ظژط§ ط¨ظژظٹظ’ظ†ظژظ‡ظڈظ…ظژط§ ط¨ظژظ€ط·ظگظ„ط§ظ‹ ط°ظژظ„ظگظƒظژ ط¸ظژظ†ظ‘ظڈ ط§ظ„ظ‘ظژط°ظگظٹظ†ظژ ظƒظژظپظژط±ظڈظˆط§ظ’ ظپظژظˆظژظٹظ’ظ„ظŒ ظ„ظ‘ظگظ„ظ‘ظژط°ظگظٹظ†ظژ ظƒظژظپظژط±ظڈظˆط§ظ’ ظ…ظگظ†ظژ ط§ظ„ظ†ظ‘ظژط§ط±ظگ ﴾

(And We did not create the heaven and the earth, and all that is between them without purpose! That is what those who disbelieve think! Then let those who disbelieve be warned of the Fire!)(38:27)

﴿ط£ظژظپظژط­ظژط³ظگط¨ظ’طھظڈظ…ظ’ ط£ظژظ†ظ‘ظژظ…ظژط§ ط®ظژظ„ظژظ‚ظ’ظ†ظژظ€ظƒظڈظ…ظ’ ط¹ظژط¨ظژط«ط§ظ‹ ظˆظژط£ظژظ†ظ‘ظژظƒظڈظ…ظ’ ط¥ظگظ„ظژظٹظ’ظ†ظژط§ ظ„ط§ظژ طھظڈط±ظ’ط¬ظژط¹ظڈظˆظ†ظژ - ظپظژطھظژط¹ظژظ€ظ„ظژظ‰ ط§ظ„ظ„ظ‘ظژظ‡ظڈ ط§ظ„ظ’ظ…ظژظ„ظگظƒظڈ ط§ظ„ظ’ط­ظژظ‚ظ‘ظڈ ظ„ط§ظژ ط¥ظگظ„ظژظ€ظ‡ظژ ط¥ظگظ„ط§ظ‘ظژ ظ‡ظڈظˆظژ ط±ظژط¨ظ‘ظڈ ط§ظ„ظ’ط¹ظژط±ظ’ط´ظگ ط§ظ„ظ’ظƒظژط±ظگظٹظ…ظگ ﴾

("Did you think that We created you in play, and that you would not be brought back to Us'' So exalted be Allah, the Truth, the King, none has the right to be worshipped but He, the Lord of the Honored Throne!)(23:115-116). Then Allah informed His Prophet about the Hour, and that it will be the faults of the idolators when they insult him and reject the Message that he brings to them. This is like the Ayah,

﴿ظپظژط§طµظ’ظپظژط­ظ’ ط¹ظژظ†ظ’ظ‡ظڈظ…ظ’ ظˆظژظ‚ظڈظ„ظ’ ط³ظژظ„ظژظ€ظ…ظŒ ظپظژط³ظژظˆظ’ظپظژ ظٹظژط¹ظ’ظ„ظژظ…ظڈظˆظ†ظژ ﴾

(So turn away from them, and say: "Salam (Peace!).'' But they will come to know) (43:89). Mujahid, Qatadah and others said: "This was before fighting was prescribed''. It is as they said, because this Surah was revealed in Makkah and fighting was prescribed after the Hijrah.

﴿ط¥ظگظ†ظ‘ظژ ط±ظژط¨ظ‘ظژظƒظژ ظ‡ظڈظˆظژ ط§ظ„ظ’ط®ظژظ„ظ‘ظژظ€ظ‚ظڈ ط§ظ„ظ’ط¹ظژظ„ظگظٹظ…ظڈ ﴾

(Verily, your Lord is the Knowing Creator)(15:86). This is a confirmation of the Day of Resurrection and that Allah, may He be exalted, is able to bring the Hour to pass. He is the Creator and nothing is beyond Him. He is the Knowing, Who knows what has been dispersed from people's bodies and scattered throughout the regions of the earth, as He says:

﴿ط£ظژظˆظژظ„ظژظ€ظٹظ’ط³ظژ ط§ظ„ظژط°ظگظ‰ ط®ظژظ„ظژظ‚ظژ ط§ظ„ط³ظ‘ظژظ…ظژظ€ظˆطھظگ ظˆظژط§ظ„ط§ظ‘ظŒط±ظ’ط¶ظژ ط¨ظگظ‚ظژظ€ط¯ظگط±ظچ ط¹ظژظ„ظژظ‰ ط£ظژظ† ظٹظژط®ظ’ظ„ظڈظ‚ظژ ظ…ظگط«ظ’ظ„ظژظ‡ظڈظ… ط¨ظژظ„ظژظ‰ ظˆظژظ‡ظڈظˆظژ ط§ظ„ظ’ط®ظژظ„ظ‘ظژظ€ظ‚ظڈ ط§ظ„ظ’ط¹ظژظ„ظگظٹظ…ظڈ - ط¥ظگظ†ظ‘ظژظ…ظژط¢ ط£ظژظ…ظ’ط±ظڈظ‡ظڈ ط¥ظگط°ظژط¢ ط£ظژط±ظژط§ط¯ظژ ط´ظژظٹظ’ط¦ط§ظ‹ ط£ظژظ† ظٹظژظ‚ظڈظˆظ„ظژ ظ„ظژظ‡ظڈ ظƒظڈظ† ظپظژظٹظژظƒظڈظˆظ†ظڈ - ظپظژط³ظڈط¨ظ’ط­ظژظ€ظ†ظژ ط§ظ„ظ‘ظژط°ظگظ‰ ط¨ظگظٹظژط¯ظگظ‡ظگ ظ…ظژظ„ظژظƒظڈظˆطھظڈ ظƒظڈظ„ظ‘ظگ ط´ظژظ‰ظ’ط،ظچ ظˆظژط¥ظگظ„ظژظٹظ’ظ‡ظگ طھظڈط±ظ’ط¬ظژط¹ظڈظˆظ†ظژ ﴾

(Is not He, Who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like of them Yes, indeed! He is the Knowing, Creator. Verily, His command, when He intends a thing, is only that He says to it, "Be!'' - and it is! So glorified and exalted is He above all that they associate with Him, and in whose Hands is the dominion of all things, and to Him you shall return.)(36:81-83).

﴿ظˆظژظ„ظژظ‚ظژط¯ظ’ ط،ط§طھظژظٹظ’ظ†ظژظ€ظƒظژ ط³ظژط¨ظ’ط¹ظ‹ط§ ظ…ظ‘ظگظ†ظژ ط§ظ„ظ’ظ…ظژط«ظژط§ظ†ظگظٹ ظˆظژط§ظ„ظ’ظ‚ظڈط±ظ’ط،ظژط§ظ†ظژ ط§ظ„ظ’ط¹ظژط¸ظگظٹظ…ظژ - ظ„ط§ظژ طھظژظ…ظڈط¯ظ‘ظژظ†ظ‘ظژ ط¹ظژظٹظ’ظ†ظژظٹظ’ظƒظژ ط¥ظگظ„ظژظ‰ ظ…ظژط§ ظ…ظژطھظ‘ظژط¹ظ’ظ†ظژط§ ط¨ظگظ‡ظگ ط£ظژط²ظ’ظˆظژط§ط¬ظ‹ط§ ظ…ظ‘ظگظ†ظ’ظ‡ظڈظ…ظ’ ظˆظژظ„ط§ظژ طھظژط­ظ’ط²ظژظ†ظ’ ط¹ظژظ„ظژظٹظ’ظ‡ظگظ…ظ’ ظˆظژط§ط®ظ’ظپظگط¶ظ’ ط¬ظژظ†ظژط§ط­ظژظƒظژ ظ„ظگظ„ظ’ظ…ظڈط¤ظ’ظ…ظگظ†ظگظٹظ†ظژ ﴾

(87. And indeed, We have bestowed upon you seven of the Mathani, and the Grand Qur'an.) (88. Look not with your eyes ambitiously at what We have given to certain classes of them, nor grieve over them. And lower your wings to the believers.)
